Yukari Sakamoto

Yukari Sakamoto is the author of “Food Sake Tokyo,” a guide to Japanese cuisine and food culture as well as the city’s food shops and restaurants. Yukari worked as a sommelier at the Park Hyatt Tokyo and Takashimaya’s flagship store in Nihonbashi. She was born in Tokyo on the Chuo line, raised in Midwest America and now lives just miles from her birthplace.
