Scent Of Spring
Bunkyo Plum Festival
Before the sakura season kicks in, it's time to enjoy the plums and there's no better place to do so than at the Yushima Tenmangu Shrine in Tokyo's Bunkyo ward. The approximately 300 plum trees are just starting to bloom, inviting visitors for a pleasant sight and scent. There will be also various performances, including a karaoke competition, traditional Japanese dances, shamisen and of course, lots of food stalls!

Hot Pot Date
Nabe Hut 2025
Surrounding a hot pot with your family and friends in the beautiful city of Yokohama is a perfect way to warm up the stone cold weekend. This nabe hut event can be enjoyed in two ways: one by making your own special nabe by choosing among the all-time favorite ingredients and broth, and another by leaving it up to the pros and taste the best of Japan's regional nabe pots. Sagamiko Resort's Snow Park
We haven’t been able to see much snow in Tokyo yet this year. Sagamiko Resort in Kanagawa, however, has got us covered — its Snow Park is a vast area covered in snow where kids can play all day long, ride they sleds (or tubes!), build snowmen and enjoy the winter weather to the fullest.
