A Christmas classic made vegan by the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo, this Bûche de Noël is the perfect dessert to finish your holiday festivities on a high note. This traditional French pastry consists of a medley of hazelnut chocolate paste, soy milk cream, vegan chocolate and ganache. Organic vanilla from Madagascar is added to the dough and layered with vegan tiramisu. Reservations are open until Dec. 14 through the website. Phone reservations are not accepted.
