Hayley Hirshland
Hayley Hirshland, 26, is a professional bodybuilder, amateur powerlifter, and certified personal trainer (International Sports Science Association) from the United States. She turned professional with the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) in 2016 and hasn’t been able to stop picking heavy things up and putting them back down ever since. Hayley went to high school in Saga Prefecture, Japan, and moved from a corporate gig in Tokyo to Nishiizu, Shizuoka, where she currently works for the Town Hall and trains out of her home gym. When Hayley isn’t hitting the weights or judging bodybuilding shows, you can find her rapping Childish Gambino lyrics, practicing Bharatanatyam dance, or eating Haagen-Dazs in large quantities.
