Natsuko Mazany
Growing up as a Japanese-American in the United States, Natsuko always felt a deep connection with Japan, her second home. As soon as she graduated, she moved to inaka, or countryside Japan, where she continues to learn more about the language and culture she loves while teaching English. When she isn’t in the classroom, Natsuko enjoys writing about the food and culture that surrounds her and visiting her local onsen. A self-proclaimed “forever student,” you can find Natsuko reading, studying kanji or shopping for fun earrings.
