A Virtual Challenge To End Dependance In Lebanon
Online Event: Virtual Walk From Damascus To Beirut
Join this challenge initiated by REI, and let your feet make a real impact. This virtual walk will lead you from Damascus to Beirut while supporting projects for those displaced by war and persecution. By joining, you will help the provision of baby kits to new mothers in displaced communities in Karen State Myanmar and the organization of women’s health awareness training onsite. As you walk, your progress will be shown on the map and when approaching major cities, you’ll have access to street view and will experience some of Lebanon for yourself.

Roses Are Red
Kyu-Furukawa Garden Roses Bloom
Although the annual Rose Festival is canceled this year, the park still invites guests to take a pleasant stroll amid plenty of beautiful roses at this Western-style Japanese garden. The venue is well known for its infusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics; the western-style building brings back the 1900s British taste, while the garden reflects the authenticity of the Japanese "Wa" spirit.
