With Tokyo's nights getting warmer, here's a great chance to cool yourself down during the golden hour. The Belgian Beer Weekend is an annual beer event in Japan that will be celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. A wide range of Belgian beers will be available alongside delicious Belgian treats and meals. A great event for a casual meet up with friends and colleagues that's bound to go on until well after sunset.

Tokyo Family Weekend
The Tokyo Family Weekend celebrates everything we love about family. The theme for this year is "Family Smiles". The park will be filled with live music and various activities that include special workshops that are said to enrich family life. There will also be a variety of food stalls and market stalls. A great way for both parents and children to enjoy this weekend. Fingers crossed the weather will hold out!

The Burrell Collection
Exhibition: A Voyage To Impressionism
For the first time in Japan, a range of works—from those of an unknown Scottish painter to French paintings from the renowned Barrel Collection—will be exhibited at the Bunkamura Museum in Shibuya. Of the overall 80 works, 76 of them will be exhibited in Japan for the first time, including an exhibition from the Kelvin Grove Museum of Art. This weekend is your last chance to see these masterpieces in all their meticulously lit glory.

Gone Green
Matcha Beer Garden
While there are tons of matcha-flavored sweets on the market, only a handful of brave brands turn to the green powder to combine and with alcohol. The popular Green Tea Restaurant 1899 Ochanomizu in Kanda, however, does this every year and does it extremely well. Indulge in its unique out-in-the-terrace green tea-flavored beer garden, which includes 11 different types of matcha-infused beer and even wine (how is that even possible?) The food menu, as you can guess, includes green tea sausages, tea leaves pizza, matcha sweets and more for one of the most colorful dining experiences in the city.

Tokyo Lit Up
Firefly Viewing: Hotaru No Yoi
An amusement park during the day, this Tokyo favorite spot becomes a popular firefly viewing destination for thousands of locals and tourists alike in June and July. You will see hundreds of these lightning bugs at the venue’s Seichi Park area, where the annual Hotaru No Yoi event is held. In addition to fireflies, you can also enjoy the famous Aomori Nebuta traditional festival art installation and various performances, too.

Bloom In Sea
Flower Aquarium by Naked
Watch the lushest flowers bloom under the sea for a digital visual celebration of life and beauty. The highlight of the event will be the two dolphin performances, which combine extravagant light shows, flower illuminations, and spectacular music. The rest of the aquarium will also be covered in flowers, including the 9-meter-wide and 35-meter-deep jellyfish zone. You can even get flower aquarium-inspired drinks at the adjunct cafe.
