We invite you to join us for this unique one-day experience at Le Cordon Bleu, where you will participate in a practical class to learn an authentic French recipe. To complete your experience, you will also be able to sit down with your chef after the class and enjoy your prepared dish with a glass of wine and freshly baked French Baguette. This part of the event is unique to Savvy, and is not something you would get from a course booked directly through Le Cordon Bleu! The menu for this special event will be pork escalope ‘Cordon Bleu style’ with fresh pasta and tomato sauce—one of the school’s most popular and iconic recipes! A Le Cordon Bleu chef will share techniques to prepare this delectable breaded pork, sandwiched with ham and cheese. In addition, you will see fresh pasta prepared by the chef and use a pasta machine to cut your own noodles. A freshly prepared tomato sauce completes the delicious dish.
