It’s not seen in Tokyo, but it still impacts your chart. If you’re feeling wilted by the Sun’s heat, this dousing helps your responses be the guide for choices you make. August is supposed to be about fun in the sun. Is it? There are two eclipses this month to get things sorted. The first is the lunar eclipse on Aug. 8. It begins in the wee hours. Unless you’re a night owl, you may have to see it in your dreams. Something from your past is about to be released or revealed. If you can’t view an eclipse, the stars still hold meaning. This is true with the solar eclipse on Aug. 22. It can’t be seen, but it connects with your chart. This one brings light and heart to your work. If you have your own business, you may hire an assistant. Or you may find yourself volunteering for a cause you believe in. Events tend to turn around in approximately three months. Are you ready for the next step?

Summer is famous for daydreams and getaways. If you’re stuck in the city, you can still escape. Two star gates arrive in August. On offer are not one, but two eclipses. The first is a lunar eclipse Aug. 8. Eclipses can reroute things for a while. What you plan may go in a different direction, especially when meeting up with friends or joining events. Then the total solar eclipse is on Aug. 22. It’s not visible from Tokyo, but its effects are the same. It entices you to take a creative leap, avoid conformity (unless it pleases you) or spend time with kids. You may also consider jumping into a romantic pursuit. Do any of these appeal?

TAURUS May 14 – June 19

Not staying up ‘til the wee hours for the Aug. 8 lunar eclipse? Don’t worry. There is a quantum leap which occurs, even as you sleep. You “see” what you’re here for, and what’s worth getting fussed about. Where do you want to invest your energies? Powerful feelings become the priority for making decisions. Then the solar eclipse on Aug. 22 — not seen in Tokyo — moves to a prominent place in your chart. Your words spark and grow, keeping yourself and others safe. If you’re up in the wee hours, you may see it. It affects your subconscious mind, viewed or not. Your work is a focus, as is finishing up karmic projects. You may think yours need attention or it may be a family line or economic belief that’s is in flux. The solar eclipse Aug. 22 then arrives. Not seen in Tokyo, it’s still potent. Dreams show up more easily. The next three months will be very telling. Choose your words and actions carefully.

Is there a blended family in your future? Taking a speculative chance may be on the horizon. Then the solar eclipse Aug. 22 arrives — though not seen in Tokyo. Still a part of your chart, this star gate is in a beautiful position to bring hopes and dreams within reach. Keep your mind open for that which others can’t see. What is started in August reaches its height in about three months.

They open a doorway for another “reality” to enter. The lunar eclipse Aug. 8 impacts your chart. It’s after midnight, so no need to wait up! Insights and perception are heightened. Your position can be strengthened. Then the solar eclipse Aug. 22 activates what you’ve been wanting to change, possibly blocked by others’ needs. You’re able to schedule more “me” time. People put a lot of store in eclipses. They’re fun and mystifying, opening new doorways. The eclipse kicks things off, with effects showing up over the next three months. The lunar eclipse Aug. 8 begins after midnight. Unless you’re a night owl, you may not actually see it. The Moon governs feelings and values. If you choose to light a candle or write down an intent, you can tap into a deeper “you.” The solar eclipse on Aug. 22 is not seen in Tokyo. Why give it focus? It offers the option to “upgrade.” While conscious “Sun” energy is temporarily offline, you can realign yourself to soothe, strengthen and define. Take that trip, call that person who keeps crossing your mind. Use these star gates to spark up your last bit of summer!

SAGITTARIUS December 18 – January 18

Resolution settles over the next three months. Then the total solar eclipse, not seen in Tokyo, occurs Aug. 22. It holds power in your chart, showing where you’re happiest, opening doors you might not have considered. It is a flame to your flower, adding color and warmth to your friendships.
