Stephen Knoll Pop-Up Hair Smoothing Bar in Aoyama

Typhoon season hit with a vengeance this year, and earlier than usual. For many of us, that means frizz-tastic hair with far more volume than we'd like. But not to worry, as of tomorrow the haircare brand Stephen Knoll New York will have a pop-up salon just a minute from Omotesando station where you can stop in and have your mane made smooth and sleek in just 30 seconds.

Staff of the pop-up will use the brand’s popular Premium Sleek Hydro Renew Mist, which ranked number two this year in the hair care and styling category by @cosme, Japan’s largest cosmetics review and ranking site. Stephen Knoll New York’s Premium Sleek line includes a range of shampoos, conditioners, hair masks and styling products all designed to give you smooth, frizz-free locks.

In addition to the 30-second smoothing treatment, other perks offered at the salon will include a quick hair styling service and a photo booth, where you can document your newly awesome and sleek ‘do. Samples of Stephen Knoll products will also be available. It’s all free and no reservations are required, but the shop will only be open for five days, so don’t let any looming typhoons stand in your way.
