Save The Beach, Save The Ocean
Greenroom Festival 2023
In an effort to save the ocean and beaches, this open-air festival or music, art and film brings in waves of exciting events to Yokohama once again. Sneak in a quick yoga session before grabbing some food at the food court and you start enjoying the live performances. Children can also dance it out at the Kid's Disco booth at the site. Greenroom's dazzling line up includes international and local musicians of all genres to bring you the ultimate relaxed festival experience.

Scent Of Spring
Kyu-Furukawa Gardens Rose Festival
Take a pleasant stroll amid plenty of beautiful roses at this Western-style Japanese garden. The venue is well known for its infusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics; the western-style building brings back the 1900s British taste, while the Japanese garden reflects the authenticity of the Wa spirit. At Ryogoku Kokugikan
May Grand Sumo Tournament
Watch Japan’s traditional sport in person in a socially distanced box seat to yourself or with a few others. This September Sumo event is the second last annual “honbasho” tournament out of six. Tickets must be purchased in advance online due to covid this year. Some tickets may not be made available until the day of so you must keep an eye out for those.
