Tech camps
Tokyo Coding Club offers a range of technology camps throughout the year, in addition to their weekly classes. The 2023 summer camps in Gunma, Hakuba and Tokyo are specifically designed to provide students with unique opportunities for personal growth and learning, while also having fun. The summer programs not only aim to enhance students’ tech skills but also to nurture creativity, mathematical thinking and social interaction. Participants will work collaboratively to build original applications, receive guidance from experienced instructors and feedback from their peers.
During the camps, students will engage in various activities such as:
- Robotics and programming lessons
- Yoga
- Hiking and trail exploration
- Water sports (summer camp)
- Rafting

Gunma Summer Camp 2023 (registration open)
In association with Nishimachi International School, Tokyo Coding Club will host its Gunma Summer Camp in the beautiful, forested hills and lakes of Gunma Prefecture. Only an hour’s drive from Tokyo, this camp offers a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in nature while learning about programming and robotics. Each morning, students will participate in intensive coding lessons and then spend the afternoons engaging in activities such as hiking, kayaking and swimming. This camp is designed for students ages five to 18, both beginner and advanced. This camp is designed for students with either beginner or advanced technology capabilities.
Dates:
- Week 1: July 2–7, 2023
- Week 2: July 9–14, 2023
Price (for 6 days and 5 nights): ¥140,000 (+ tax) (Inclusive of transportation, accommodation, diet/allergy-friendly meals and snacks, and daily tech lessons and outdoor activities.)
Hakuba Summer Camp 2023 (registration open)
Tokyo Coding Club’s Hakuba Summer Camp provides students with the ultimate summer experience, offering a blend of adventure, education and fun. This highly anticipated camp, held in the breathtaking mountain resort town of Hakuba, allows students to advance their coding and robotics skills through a variety of exciting activities, such as rafting, hiking and gondola rides. Additionally, Hakuba is known for its stunning scenery and world-renowned ski slopes, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable summer experience that is both challenging and rewarding.

- Week 1: July 23–28, 2023
- Week 2: July 30–August 4, 2023
- Week 3: August 6–11, 2023
Price (for 6 days and 5 nights): ¥160,000 + ¥15,000 transportation fee (+ tax) (Inclusive of accommodation, diet/allergy-friendly meals and snacks, and daily tech lessons and outdoor activities.)
Tokyo Summer Camp 2023 (registration open)
Along with the overnight camp options, Tokyo Coding Club is also offering day camps for students looking for fun with technology in the city. This five-day camp is held in Tokyo and offers students the opportunity to learn about programming, robotics, digital animation and more. Each day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., students will have the chance to stretch their creative muscles and learn important fundamentals in coding. They’ll also have time to play Minecraft and other games with friends.

- Week 1: July 17–21, 2023
- Week 2: August 14–18, 2023
Price (for 5 days 9 a.m.–5 p.m.): ¥100,000 (+ tax) (Inclusive of transportation to and from activities, diet/allergy-friendly lunch and snacks, and daily tech lessons and outdoor activities.)
