I've always liked Miranda Kerr. Not only is she a drop-dead gorgeous super model—and in the naturally beautiful kind of way, not the plastic surgery kind of way—but she is also a savvy businesswoman who uses her celebrity status to educate other women about natural and organic health and beauty. Plus, she seems like a genuinely nice, down-to-earth girl, despite being in the public spotlight pretty much all of the time.

As one of the spokesmodels for Samantha Thavasa, Miranda is no stranger to Japan. But on a recent visit—in between shooting a campaign for the handbag brand and traveling around in a helicopter—she took some time out to announce a more personal project: the Japan launch of her organic skincare line, Kora Organics.

Kora has actually been in Japan for some time, after originally entering the market last year for a limited-time event at Isetan Shinjuku. But this was the official launch, and it coincided with the reveal of the brand’s Japanese website, which offers an online shopping component.

If you’re like me, you’ll at least want to see a sample or tester of a beauty product before diving in with a purchase. Not to worry: Kora is now carried at several major retailers in Tokyo, including Isetan Shinjuku, Ginza Mitsukoshi, Anima (Tokyo Midtown and Jingumae), and several major Cosme Kitchen locations. But if you’re convinced the products will give you skin as beautiful, clear and radiant as Miranda’s and need no further convincing, go ahead and order online; the first 100 people to buy from the new site will receive a free tote bag, and if you create an account and sign up for the e-mail newsletter you’ll also get free shipping. What are you waiting for?
