With the holiday season fast approaching, it's time to get in the festive spirit, and what better way to do it than with a traditional European style Christmas market? The annual Christmas Bazaar held at the Swedish embassy is just around the corner, and promises lots of seasonal food, drinks and entertainment.

Scheduled for Sunday, November 29 this year, the bazaar will offer visitors the chance to shop for handicrafts such as Christmas decorations, try traditional Swedish foods, and warm up with a cup of glögg (mulled wine), the favorite Swedish Christmas drink. There will also be Swedish folk music and a performance by Lucia, Queen of Light. A grand raffle means there will be plenty of chances to win fantastic prizes, and all proceeds will to toward the rebuilding of the Tohoku area.
